drums & water

Two of Claire's favourite things. While she enjoys the actual banging of drums (and eating of drumsticks), lying on the floor underneath her drums seems to bring her particular joy. Strange girl.

When she's not banging on drums she's splashing in water- the pool, the bathtub- any source of water will do.

Torturing Claire

Poor Claire had to endure another photo session in her tutu while I practiced my photography skills- I've recently been re-inspired to get my slr back out of auto mode, so Claire has been enduring even more photos than ever! She's pretty good about it though- especially when bribed with balls of yarn to play with (nothing better than something she *thinks* she's not supposed to have!)

Summer fun

Claire had a great time at Beacon Hill the other day with her auntie Tara- she even experienced her first hungry goat! She seems to have taken note of his behaviour and was later seen mimicking him while eating her own shirt.

She's not been liking her sunglasses, but has discovered the art of squinting in the sun!
