First bike ride

Well, she might have thought pushing the bike was more fun than sitting on it, but she did tolerate the helmet (after some initial protest) and got the hang of the bell pretty quick!

Vancouver part two

Okay....Granville Island may have been upstaged by the kids shoe section at Zara....Claire quite enjoyed checking out the 2011 sandal collection. Followed up by a windy ferry ride and she was a happy girl.

Vancouver

An impromptu trip to Vancouver found us freezing, but having lots of fun at Granville Island. I'm thinking Claire will have the same love of it as I do what with the kids market, goslings and people watching galore! She also got the chance to walk Auntie Tara's dog Maddie, of which she was quite proud!

Walking the dog

Claire loves dogs, but none more than her Nana's dog Andy. She recently graduated to holding the leash, and she's pretty pleased about this. (Andy, not quite so sure)

Beach

See- she is growing hair!
Following in her momma's footsteps, Claire is a beach girl. Give her a shovel (or, as she prefers, shobel), a pail and a sandy perch and she's a happy girl. In absence of shobel and pail, hurling handfuls of rocks into the ocean is also acceptable.
Another new favourite activity is the teeter totter, which she recently practiced.
