Mother's Day

                                                          Already a rebel....oh oh.

                                               Face painting at the Royal Roads Mother's Day paint in. She was proud. (and in case you're wondering, she was a rainbow bunny. Not a cat, lion, butterfly or squirrel as everyone we passed guessed).

Seattle

 Claire is turning into a bit of a fashionista- the first ensemble was created completely by her choice....we're calling it "Little House on the Prairie meets Strawberry Shortcake".

 

Apparently I need a portable Barny train in order for Claire to both look at and smile at the camera! Kept her happy at the Seattle outlets for awhile though.

 We enjoyed a little trip to Seattle with Auntie Tara...Claire enjoyed taking in the Science Centre- the dinosaur exhibit may have exacerbated her constant stories of "dinosaurs bit my finger" (which apparently happens often in the middle of the night....or so she tells me in the morning!)

 The highlight of the Woodland Zoo was definitely the penguins!
