Hanging with the Millens

Ballet practice, wandering by the Bow river, touring Kananaskis, bike riding and checking out the penguins before a scrumptious dinner. It was a fun-filled few days indeed!

Girl's trip

Claire and I had a fun trip to Alberta to visit Auntie Kristina, Uncle Cole, Adam & Claire's BFF Ally last week. It was great to spend some quality time with the kids, and we enjoyed a trip to the Calgary Zoo to see the penguins, amongst other furry friends. Claire was a superstar on both flights making me think there is hope for future ventures further afield.

Dinosaurs.

 

Claire has a slight obsession with dinosaurs. According to her, they regularly bite her (usually when we're asleep), and she's worried that if a dinosaur tries to sleep in her crib he will crash it. So you'd think she would have been excited to see the Dinosaur exhibit at the Museum. In theory, yes, she was excited. But within 2 minutes of entering the exhibit she wanted the Wooly Mammoth. Turns out he is her true Museum love.
